We take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information which we hold about you. Personal information may be stored both electronically on our computer system, and in hard-copy form. Firewalls, 2048 Bit v3 SSL encryption, passwords, anti-virus software and email filters act to protect all our electronic information.
We do not store credit card information, we securely submit credit card information to our bank for processing.
Key records are stored on a secure network, not linked to the internet, including this website. All key orders require human input, including authorisation confirmation. Generally we act solely on a website order, and send the keys to your pre-determined address. If desired we can implement further security measures when processing your key orders. Some options include; emailing to pre-determined addresses to advise of the received key order; phone call to advise/confirm; sending keys via registered post; these options are at additional cost.
From time to time we store 'test' keys for our clients, especially during initial assembly. Test keys are securely stored in either our Class A safe, or in our KeyStations Electronic Key Cabinets, which also provide a 'test' cylinder.
